Que-X SERVER Main application, it is managing queuing activities and records all transaction. All other support modules are connected with Que-X SERVER. In basic architecture, it is connected with dot matrix main display hardware that will show called ticket number, counter number and direction.
Que-X GATE Computer-based ticket dispensers, with touch-screen monitor displaying interactive service buttons. To get ticket (s), all customer (s) need to do is touch the button on touch screen, and ticket paper will printed from ticket printer. Since it is software-based application, touch-screen menu and the background can be change and customized with your organization profile.
Que-X COUNTER It has the same function as keypad on hardware-based Management Queuing System. Run on Windows operating system environment, small and user friendly virtual keypad. Interaction with customer such as (calling, re-calling, forwarding, transaction, etc.) will use this application. Que-X counter also equipped with dot matrix counter display and will show called ticket number. |
